Live Fearlessly
Aquamariner
Since when is overpaying a status symbol? There’s been a long-standing assumption that if something costs more, it must be better. But is that really the case? We decided to challenge that notion after multiple emails and requests from many customers asking us to remake the classic Commando, the “poor man’s ref 5517”, because of its affordability and solid ruggedness. So we decided to offer something that was vintage inspired but a little bit more modern... and affordable.
The Aquamariner, is a loving homage that takes its DNA from two popular iconic dive watches, mixing retro and modern designs that suits the urban lifestyle. It is not a duplicate but an amalgamation, and frankly it’s better that way. Does it do anything? It tells the time but it also becomes part of your lifestyle and tells your history. It’s a simple watch- one made of stainless steel with a simple winding movement inside with a coolness to yesteryear. And while it has a lot to offer, including an increased water resistance, we still haven’t gotten to the best part yet—the price. Our goal was to shatter the price barrier for watch enthusiasts looking to wear something affordable and classic.
